Shipping policy
Please keep an eye on your emails, we will contact you if there are any problems with shipping. In some cases, we need more information for the shipping address. Also check your spam folder.

1.Shipping processing times
All orders are processed within 1-5 working days of being placed. Please note that processing times may be longer than usual for large quantities.
2. Delivery time
EU: 3 to 7 working days.
We do not provide tracking links for orders outside the EU. Due to customs regulations, deliveries may take up to 14 days.
3. Delivery attempts, parcel shops and lost packages
It is the customer's responsibility to accept the package. If the delivery service is unable to locate the customer, another delivery attempt will be made, or the customer will be notified and the package will be taken to the nearest parcel shop. It is the customer's responsibility to collect the package from the parcel shop.

4. Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and are displayed during the ordering process.
If you want to send your order back, you have to pay for the shipping costs yourself. Inform us at support@cutsiebonnets.com and we will send you a shipping label.
5. Delays
If your parcel does not arrive within 7 working days, please track it using the tracking link and contact the shipping provider or CutsieBonnet at support@cutsiebonnets.com immediately.
6. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the shipping provider's website.
We do not have tracking numbers for orders outside the EU.
7. Damaged items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
